Basically yes, but many don´t care. They just upload quantity and many of them earn more as more talented vendors assuming quickly reached 80% versus 70% on the long run. That´s a No No.
Pushing the reputations points with cheap renderings for gallery images

Hey vendors,
today I´ve checked up some sellers, who indeed manipulate their reputation points on CGT with cheap gallery entries.
I don´t mind, they can do what ever they want and are allowed to do by CGT.
However, fact is, most of those "renderings" are ultra-low quality. Indeed on a scale from low quality to high = 0-10,
on a level like 1-3? let´s be honest more likely like on a 2 on long term.
Do you feel it is fair what they´re doing?
I mean, all of us could upload probably 100000000000000 such "renderings" onto CGT within 1 week right?
Won´t we try !?
Oh wait, my reputation points were earned honestly. I did not upload such cheap renderings to my account.
But to be honest, I have like 240 TB! over 5+ quality renderings on HD´s, should I upload it and end up on 80%
revenues right now?

@jaguar - "since search in the gallery also has certain features and bugs." - And why it has still bugs? is this gallery "feature" that brand-new and still such a challenge to master for you developers over there? Also 5 points for a cheap rendering - and many are just cheap screenies! - in relation to as VityaBVityaB wrote (see below) the 5 points for getting a positive review of a purchased product is outrageous unfair.
That´s indeed very unfair and the discrepancy remarkable. One should flood this place with gallery images, otherwise as it seems this lection won´t be learned by Trader, to tough to learn the easy way.
"to tough to learn the easy way", right. I doubt they listen to whoever besides of their investors or their master of desaster, who or what ever it is. Maybe AI? not so absurd. I bet they listen to speculations and forecasts of an AI program - that´s their master of desaster.
Many vendors are longer in the 3d world as they themself and many are engaging by sharing good observations and have essential - completely basic - advices, if something is truly and totally odd. But CGt knows it all better as it seems. Man, why I am even here on that train.

Gallery needs more high-quality renders. Yes gallery has long been used as a sandbox or image hosting for spam and other trash.
We are fighting as possible with this despite the fact that it is quite often difficult, since search in the gallery also has certain features and bugs.

You name it. I discovered it today and it is M.A.S.S.I.V.E.
If you want Jaguar, after I´ve slept, I upload enough content after then (my own renderings per Vray, Final Render, Brazil, etc. and whatsever) that covers immedtiately my desired 80%.
But in meanwhile (I hope at least) you know it + ME better.
Hence, yes, fight against it, because it is the right fight. Unfair to ALL other vendors that focus on contents.
