Published product is gone???

Yeah, I suddenly lost 4 models from my account ... both free and paid, and now uploaded new models almost 45mins ago but it is still not completed yet :/

This website frequently gets updates, new features added and so on. Currently there is a transition to a new payment system going on (https://www.cgtrader.com/blog/everything-you-need-to-know-about-the-new-cgtrader-s-centralized-payment-system). It sometimes happens some bugs pop up after updates, but it usually are temporal issues that get resolved in few day's or hours, noting to worry about.

If some problems persist for longer, then you may have something going on particular to your account and it may slip attention from staff members, in that case you can report the issue to info@cgtrader.com , things usually get resolved very quickly.

Also during workday hours the small message icon in the left bottom corner changes to chat with us, if that's the case then you can have direct contact if necessary.

Ok, so I just chatted with support. It is temporary, in a few hours your products should be visible again.

Hi! Same here. I can't see my quadcopter in my products anymore(also published like 2 days ago, but it is still on the startpage) .....maybe temporary problem on the server side......
