Exclusive rights to sell physical copies

Discussion started by chekuri-uab

I would like to hire a designer to create jewelry designs. But I would like to have exclusive rights to make physical copies.
Should I ask for some specific agreement from designer as proof or is there some other way? Thanks!

This is the agreement between you and designer. Normally, you have exclusive rights for your project unless you make different agreement with designer.
If you want to be legally covered, you should sign NDA between you and designer.
