why is it when I upload a file it appears in edit but when I go on the public page it isn't there

why is it that when I upload a file it appears in the edit but when I go on the public page it isn't there? When I uploaded my obj and FBX files clicked save and went to my public page the files weren't there in the format option

The problem was when I was uploading the files I would refresh the page because the files looked like they were stuck, this made the file stop uploading and go to the file section in edit mode, and when you go to public view the files won't show up.
