Upload pending due to adult content

I uploaded a model of a coffee percolator. Did not check
the "adult content" box as it is not a very sexy coffee percolator.
Model is pending publishing because it needs to be reviewed due
to adult content. I deleted the upload and tried again, same result.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
