Price Offers Process

I couldn't find an answer on the forums so maybe someone can help. When a buyer makes a price offer and you accept do they receive a link to purchase at the accepted offer price or do I need to repackage and send it to them or something like that? I'm assuming they get a link but of course I can't see their end so don't know. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Once you accept the offer, you don't need to do anything else, the customer may proceed with purchase at negotiated price.
