good morning, i would like to know why this error and from what day can i fix the data? Would that identification number be my phone number? If the answer is yes it is correct, I did not understand.

Or was it some personal document and I was wrong?

You should enter your national identification number and not your telephone number. In any case, it is advisable to contact the support and get quality assistance.
