Payment from CGtrader was refunded by paypal [Solved]

Hello. There was a problem with my paypal account, and the royalties I received from cgtrader was refunded back. There was 210$ , transaction ID 1CP56211PA312083S from 2017-06-16. Is there a chance I can get this money back on my balance, so I can withdraw them other way?

we've received the refund from paypal, so our team will handle your payment again.

Note for the future: it would have been more convenient and faster if you contacted support directly regarding the account and payment agreement changes. :)
