Nobody on the forum will be able to solve your issue for sure. Payments are being rolled today - i just received mine about an hour ago, so maybe soon you will receive yours too. On the other hand, if you never ever received payment from CGT, i'd suggest to check your payment agreement and see if there's no errors. And contact the support by opening ticket - that is the most asuring method to get help.
