Hello, I have some issue with person that tried to 3D print my model that is not made to be printed. In private messages I tried to explain him that model was made for games, where people want full model of gun addon as they use it for preview and also CGTrader is very strict regarding gun-related models.... But its look like he tried to use it in real life gun and due to not being scaled... it doesnt fit and he post negative review for it because of it.
How can I avoid or even fix such reviews from people if they cant even read description and messages? Model is not in 3D print category, and even when I EXPLAINED THEM and WROTE that its not 3D printable model in private messages they still complain... Because I often make gun models and attachment for them now Im worried that such people that cant read properly and have no sense of choosing proper category start rating models like that.

I know that its hard topic to discuss and its not technically something that Staff cant fix but now when person tried to print game model and they dont even realize how... well, stupid it is to even consider it and dont bother to even read personal message or description... How I can fix that issues and avoid it?
Im not gonna just stop making such models as I made them by request of people that use them in games where they need full models of attachements for preview, and writing over and over that its not 3D printable doesnt work really...
