Hello,

I have bought the model Buggy Off Road (https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/car/sport-car/b... but there seems to be downloaded.

I have contacted the support already, do you know what else I can do?

Support is only available Monday to Friday and day shift only (UTC/GMT +2 hours).
You can try a different browser, disabling your plugins etc.
Other than that there is nothing much you can do until Support picks up your case.
