Sale refunded, seller wasn't informed.

Totally by chance i noticed that one of my recent sales was refunded (reason - print streaming is not supported). I expecting to be notified about refund at least. Do i expect too much?

BTW, forum is all messed up, thread sorting by date doesn't work.

One of recent sales? Congratulations on the sales! My experience on refunding is that those are not notified on other sites, or even accepted.

I guess it's too much to ask. Found out by accident that all 4 of my sales from April were refunded (fraudulent purchases) when I did not receive my payment by the end of last month. CGT did not seem to think that this was important information I guess.

Ouch, four fraudulent purchases, that must hurt. Did they all came from the same "buyer"?

3 different names, 3 different dates, but all from USA so might be the same 'customer'.

I have the same problem has been returned due to fraud even though I was hoping for this sale . Give me back my money earned
