Did you try to contact the support? Maybe it's some misunderstandement? From your description, it looks like completely normal model and should be allowed to be published with "adult content" tag.
Just a quick post to share with you my thoughts about cgtrader's mentality on nudity.
I tried to upload a anatomically correct vulva, which is a female's genital part. So it's not porn it's basically a artistic reference for the human body.
I checked the adult content box then the model was pending for about one day. Then it was some how not visible anymore. And then it came back with a suspended mention on it.
My question is why do you offer the possibility to upload adult content by showing a check box for it, if you always refuse explicit nudity? Again, it's not porn, it's nudity!
An other thing is that they refused my model and on the other hand they allow models like:
Which is basically a mutilation tool...
I can't believe that nudity is bad... I don't know much people who were born with clothes...
Anyway I'll search for an other store I guess.
Feel free to share your thoughts about this if they don't delete the post before!
