This issue (like many other bugs that are constantly plaguing cgtrader) is affecting everyone, so why we need individually contact the support to know if you're guys thinking to address it sometime soon? Wouldn't it be better if you announce your position publicly instead of wasting everyone's time by replying to repeating support tickets?

We are already aware of this issue. We will be doing our best to release a fix as soon as possible, however, due to high workloads and complex process planning in the IT, we are not able to give an exact timeline at the moment.
