Can't edit published 3D model (solved)

Hello. Hope this category is ok.

I've sold one of my models awhile ago. Bought the credits too. And since then I can't find the model in the My Products list. If I search the website, I can find the model, and I can see that I am the owner, buy I can't access it via the My Products window

Hi, have check this and have the same problem. The sold item is not longer under My Products.
Lets wait what the support says. Somehow, it's always worked out.

Ok. I sold a few models before. Never had this issue though.

Hmmm, I've made several sales, and this issue has never occurred. It must be a bug hidden deep in the codes... LOL!

Oh, it popped back into existence :)

Scratch this one. Although I swear I've quadruple checked and the model was missing from the My Productions window, I see that it is now back. Problem solved.
