What is a fair price for this?

Hey, guys...I play a golf game that has a golf course designing tool. Players of the game, design courses and share freely with other players. I'm designing a real course and would like to add the real Clubhouse to the project. I'm using a temporary bldg to fill in space. Here's a pic of what I have, and a pic of the real Clubhouse. What price should I offer a Designer to do the Clubhouse for me? Thanks!

Depends on the detail you want and in how much time you want it. You shouldn't pay less than 50 dollars. I would ask for 150 $, I'm pretty sure I can get it done in less than 6 hours but some people may ask more or less.
