Good Day I am currently working on a project and I like lots of objects that I am seeing for water slides and hotel with pool.

I love this. #2249018 - 3D model.

#1962026 - 3D model.

#666740 - 3D model

but the owner is not responding for file conversions in GSM. or PLN. files types.

can someone please help me.

Contact the support - i think they are providing model convertion service to the customers at no charge.

I think you should contact the support first and ask if there's possibility to convert. Don't rush to part with your money until you're not sure if you'll be able to use the model.

I would recommend researching whether or not you can can convert the files that are provided yourself using some software. If your unable to do that then like the other guys said I would contact support.
