upload proplem

Uploading files is harder than ever. I was uploading a new model, for
uploading I wait almost 1 or may be 2 hour and in the end some of
them stopped when they came to 99% but
nothing happens. For some of the files I spend too much time and I
tried to upload them two or more times to be uploaded. At 99%, it stops and nothing happens.

i fixed this proplem by using (google chrome,windows 10 ) now it stopped at processing .
Size of the file 82MB , i am from egypt
i upload't the proplem is from the browser
