Hello)
There is an actual question about intellectual property rights protection.
Suddenly,I have just seen my models(10 units) on damn resource called https://free3d.com!
Also I saw there another models from cgtrader. Not mine.
How does cgtrader potect intellectual property rights of owners and 3d models from being stolen?
I believe the marketplace must hold accountability for any cases related to steal and illegal use of
products they sell.
I am so disappointed!!!

Out of curiosity do you also sell on turbosquid? If so they put those models on free3d.com and you also get the same commission.
Turbosquid --- Free3D.... One important question remains !
Under which user name or account name are your models for sale on Free3D ??
I always wanted to understand how TB handles that, since I have never seen any of my models on TB and also not on Free3D, not 1 x model!
So.... please look under which "user name" your models are offered on Free3D and let us know if this name is plausible for you.
Because Turbosquid will not (100% not!) sell your models under a pseudonym user name (like "3d_molier International" in example......).
Also, if you would have same issues on TB than good night!
Turbosquid does not remove any stolen models from their marketplace.
I speak here from my experience. Some of my models are stolen and still online on TB, TB does nothing against it even when claimed every time by myself.
Also, their DMA handles only this:
"TurboSquid is a DMCA compliant operation. This means that when we receive valid takedown notices from © or TM owners we act accordingly, and remove any infringing models brought to our attention."
So, eventually it is better for you that your stolen models are offered on Free3D and not on Turbosquid since they could take this whole issue more serious and solve it to your favor if you contact them.
And just for clarity in regards to the above...
"© or TM owners" are just big boys like: Nike, Adidas, Airbus, LA Galaxy etc. etc. --- not YOU! as "artist" who claimes that model was made by you and and not by the other guy.
Here we go again, before accuse anyone of anything, provide hard to disprove proof that things are indeed stolen from you. "Suddenly,I have just seen my models(10 units) on damn resource called https://free3d.com!" What 10 models ?, links ? Proof that those models in question are yours... Let's clear things up... " free3d.com is a place that offer a bunch of free 3d models and at the same time promote models from TS, when you open a (legit) model that is also on sale on TS it's not free. As CGAmp said, important thing is, under what username the model is shared for free/sold. I never saw legit payware 3d model from TS offered for free on free3d.com, I saw a lot of stolen ones that are shared for free on free3d either by people who stole them or people who are not aware that those models are stolen and for some reason thinks that those should be shared for free. As far as cgt models goes, what you saw are stolen models sold (via TS)/shared for free by some scumbag.
Example: https://free3d.com/3d-model/m1-abrams-4092.html
https://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/m1-abrams-battle-tank-3d-model-1518341
Same username, same model, same price.
"Well, I looked carefully on which user name my models are offered on Free3d and this name is trully mine! Something cleared up. Thank you for answer!"
Great!
than you know it is indeed Turbosquid offering contents from your own account on their sub-brand "Free3d" :-)
However, I also have an account on Turbosquid and never seen any content on Free3D, so I guess there
must be a "checkbox" somewhere on Turbosquid within your account settings where you allowed that.
I normally leave as much as possible blankand empty when registering somewhere. If wanted to participate on Free3d than I wouldregister there by myself.
