Session expired, unable to download files.

Hello Everyone,
I am new member, bought 10 designs on 1st day. The server seems heavily congested as my broadband connection took over 30 min to download one file. After downloading two files the session expired. I logged in and find the download icons disappeared and 8 files are yet to be downloaded. This is crazy.
Any help/ suggestion would be appreciated.

Hello Lotharke,
You can still download the projects you've bought. Go to the menu (button on top right corner) and purchases, you will then be able to download the models that you've ordered.
Regarding the slow process, you should contact the support ('Leave a message' button - bottom left corner) and they will elaborate on the problem - you'll be able to send them the screenshots and take a better look at this problem.
Don't hesitate to post the comments here afterwards!
