Royalty free license allows use of 3D models to create a game and sell that game under precondition that the game is made in a proprietary format and models are part of a bigger whole (selling a complete scene as a game or VR experience is not allowed). Models can’t be used as in game items for purshase or be part of mod-kits, etc. (basically can’t make a direct profit on them “not allowed to sub-license/redistribute”).
