Refunds - Someone refund my product after a long time?

Discussion started by ErnaniNeto

So i noticed that someone bought a 3d printable model that i'm selling, and after a really long time, for some unknown reason, just refunded my product, and i don't even know why that happened?

My products works just fine, its print tested. Because of that, i lost a cool money without even knowing why that happened. How can i assure that customer does not have my product anymore with him?

Usually (as says "?" sign under the word "Refunded") the reason is "Payment reversal - no cardholder authorization" (somebody used false credit card to "buy" your model). The lag between the fraudulent card use and "refund" may take days and may take months...

I see... so, theres nothing i can do about it unfortunatly? I mean, cg trader paid me a money that was "fake money", and now they are gettin their money back through my sales? (There is indeed a 'Payment Reversal' with a '?' under it.)

As far as: "How can i assure that customer does not have my product anymore with him?" goes, there is nothing you can do.
