as disscussed with the author, there is a missunderstoonding in naming and presentig the model.
The rigs are not working when you export model to FBX. We was already communicated to the author about this problem.

We decided to get the money back, so we will buy another pack from different artist.
As we are in hurry with our project, and the riggs are not working, this pack is too expansive and not interesting for us.
Please provide the money back asap, so we can continue our project.
