Purchased a texture pack, no textures are inside

Hello- just purchased a texture pack but the only file available for download from the Purchases section is a single zip file with a 3D Studio Max scene inside. Can you check to see what's up with this? I'm on a tight deadline that's due in about 10 hours, it's looking like I'm going to lose out?
