I may be mistaken, but did you comment on the model three times in one day, yesterday 17 of December? How long have you waited for a response? You may have better luck if you message the artist directly, if you haven't tried that. I hope you are giving the artist more than one day to respond. Artists aren't on call 24x7.
You have no idea about my situation so if you can't help then you have no right to criticize.
Nothing of what I said is criticism. I was asking questions and obviously the first words in my message are "I may be mistaken". I'm giving you advice to manage your expectations. But as btbt advises, contact support and see if you get immediate results.
