This is a PBR based Sci-fi street apartment scene made using Blender 2.82. Scene was rendered using cycles renderer, but can also be rendered using Eevee.
The blender scene has been properly arranged with the right naming and grouping according to the objects. All textures have been provided in the textures.zip file, and all used textures has been Packed unto the .Blend File
