Hi,
Just purchased a 3D model of a handbag.
Paid with PayPal but was never made available for download.
Trying to reach out through technical support but radio silence from the other end.
Please help. I can´t wait till 1 of July like Paypal is suggesting to sort my problem!

@roon2017, did you try to contact seller directly and ask him maybe he can help you somehow? I know that it's a bad idea to handle file transfer with seller, but when support is ignoring you, there's not many options left. It's friday and the office is already closed, so you will have to wait the answer at least till monday.

Just hit the same problem. Paid with PayPal but website keeps the item in the cart and not moving it. Sounds like maybe things changed some time ago on PayPal side but cgtrader isn't catching up with that.

hey i paid out 50 bucks for a blue crawfish ztl and polypaint. it appears in my purchases but there is no download link to be found, only the purchase rating. i have not yet rated the purchase because I hope to resolve this, but right now I feel quite cheated.
Must be some bug. Wait for Monday and write to support, they should resolve it quickly.
