You really expect that you will get semi-truck models with detailed textures for 10$, 6.3$ and 10.49$?
If you want high quality textured model of heavy vehicle you must choose model with adequate price.

You should write to support (support@cgtrader.com) for these kind of things. You can ask for refund if you think you had been deceived, but @zabotlama is right - most of the times you got what you had paid for. You can't expect to receive good quality on such low prices - quality (not stolen) models of that type go for around $99.

There doesn't appear to be a texture included. Maybe he meant it was UV mapped for YOUR texture to be added? If you like, and can't get an answer from the seller I would be happy to take a look at the model(s) for you to see where things went pear-shaped? Up to you mate.
