OK, I've recently bought two models....no textures. Where are they?
I work with Thea render which can import 3ds, or obj and I have an fbx to thea converter. Nothing shows up the textures.

Pathetic answear. i have same problem after buy a model , the guy said that model included pbr textures , even 2 types , as he has on screenshots and text info, i have purchased the asset because that and at the end i dont get my textures... thats very bad, i feel scammed now i have fear to buy another item of this kind its like cant be real...
i believe there should be some admin controlling this , coz they are offering fake trade , you buy something and at the end isnt.
