Missing files

I just purchased a 3D model and I can't download the files. When I press the download button, only a rating window pop up appears, but no files to download. Where can I get them?? It's urgent. Thank you!!

I also contacted them via support@cgtrader.com but I don't know how fast they will reply because I need these files asap...
