If you can't find a model you're looking for, you can order it by creating a public 3D project or hiring a designer directly.
All you have to do is simply click on Hire 3D Designers tab on top of the site and select Start a Project. You can request a custom 3D asset and set the required poly count, type, model format, deadline, budget, etc. Add a visual reference, even if it is a crudely drawn sketch, to make it easier for designers to know what you are looking for.
However, if you find a designer who has the perfect style for you, you can offer them a private project by clicking the Hire me button in their profile (just below their name and profile image). If the Hire me button is not available, you can still message the designer directly to ask whether they are interested in your project.
