Ive just accepted and sold my first 3d model on cg trader . There is an issue its not showing up on the statistics . Unsure whether the sale has been successful

will i receive a notification when the buyer accepts the model . I am not sure i have correctly filled out my payment agreement

Yes, you will receive the notification and an email (if you have chosen to receive them at your account settings) after each sale is made. Regarding payment agreement: we're shown that it is not filled at all. :) Please go to your payment agreement page: https://www.cgtrader.com/profile/payment_agreements and fill in the agreement form to receive the payments in the future. Hi there,

If I understood that correctly, you accepted the price offer made by the buyer.

In this case, after the price offer is accepted, the sale is not yet automatically done - after you accept the price offer, the buyer can choose whether to buy that model at the price that has been accepted.

Also, please take a look and confirm your payment agreement to receive the payments at the right time after you make the sales. :)
