The 20th of the month is not the latest time you will receive the money, it is the latest time CGT transfers the money. If CGT sent your money on the 20th afternoon, the most likely time your bank will receive it is on the 22th. And it seems to me that CGT synchronizes transaction and notofication data on the 22th. Until then you will see the nottification about the delay even if the sransaction was completed and confirmed.
It happened to me several times and I got the money on the 22th.
(If your chosen method is "wired" you have to reach the 200 bucks threshold.)
