I am not the best person to ask regarding pricing because I have struggled with that myself but as far as the animation goes I think you could even sell them separately to begin with making sure that each one is of the highest level of quality first and then sell them in bulk later.
I will have to see what the final animations look like to give you better feedback on them.
As far as film goes very few studios use animation cycles... these days they opt for motion capture and in house hand animated, (Keyframe) files.
Game studios still use the cycles a lot because it saves time and they are easily transferred from game to game that way.
