He may be one of those users that wanted something 3d printable and ended up realizing that after he purchase and downloaded the files that it wasn't that format.
Getting this very generic feedback from someone who bought the model to use in some 3rd party game engine.
"Models appear very worse quality than the images. I cannot use these models now and would like to request a refund somehow?"
This is the model in question. https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/military/other/military-containers-and-crates-pack
It has been sold tens of times and there has never been issue.
First of all he did not say how they looked worse, or what engine he imported them into or even show a screenshot.
There are many ways to import models to other software. Normal maps get y-flipped or mesh normals can be also messed up by using bad or wrong settings.
I can support the native format and the exchange formats to some degree but I cannot suddenly start to support importing models to some random game engine.

If model fully conforms to PBR texturing standard, then it's user's error that model looks significantly worse on his side. Request for refund should be rejected.
This is what happend when you encounter "buyer/thief", a person who thinks that he/she can get any model for free trough cgt refund system. I wrote about this on the forum some time ago exposing thief's account. The person that I have dealt with got banned at the time, because he/she keept writing bad review in anger, because cgt support didn't want to refund. As far as MO goes, it was the same as the author of this topic described, he / she buys model (in my case, multiple models from multiple sellers) and imidietly ask for a refund offering the same generic excuse everywhere, excuse that have nothing to do with the model itself, excuse like: "low res texture, bad quality or model isn't the same as the model on preview images". In order to add some "weight" to the claim he/she also wrote the worst possible review. Post name of the profile here maybe its the same person.
