Cant get my payments through PayPal

My payments were on Hold and they are returned to cgtrader cause my paypal account was not verified for KYC and it requires lot of personal info to be put on paypal in my country for receiving payment. So I changed the email Address in payment agreement which was KYC verified after 20 days, so hold payments by paypal were returned to sender. So when Will I receive my payment ? ( In payment information section , it's showing as paid )
