I have encountered a situation like yours. I complained to the cgtrader team and they removed that review, but it seems they didn't block that customer's review feature. and again he came in and underestimated my model. This time I don't care, I think if I ask cgtrader to continue to remove it, the customer will still come back and give a low rating again.
In your case you have plenty of top reviews, so when you get someone giving you a negative review that may or may not be justified, I think most people will look at it and disregard it. Some people out there are just a-holes and their only reason for existence is to try and make others just as miserable as they are.
