hi i bought a 3d model from do3d we agreed a price i paid i downloaded a file i could not open it my understanding is i can download as many times as i like he has taken down my purchase so i can no longer download is this right any advice would be helpful thanks

hi I bought from the web site I made an offer on his model iron man mk45 I paid paypal he has removed my purchase so I can no longer download the model he wont answer emails I no longer have the model I downloaded I deleted it because I could not open it I wanted to try again with a different file but my purchase has been removed

i bought straight from the website and the files randomly deleted from my computer and it wont let me redownload them so i lost hundreds of dollars worth of files.
