I'am agree with you,but I think it will be very inconvenient if I cannot show them a preview before send the model,and I think it's improper to upload every slightly modified version,instead I think I should send to them directly.

For every my model I may provide many options for customization,it's not possible to upload all of them,so I wonder am I allowed to give out my email,facebook,skype in product description,so that customers can require their desired version.

I have exchanged communications including aide of screenshot images and transfers of reworked models via the build in communication, posed no problems or need to give out my e-mail.
You do know build in communication system has a drag and drop files feature do you?
Its no problem showing customers previews and exchange models using that, so not know what is the actual inconvenience your referring to?
Personally see no added value to send models via email as it does not support large file sizes, so you still would need to use an alternative file transfer service and add download link in the mail, via the build in communication this is all simple and in one place.
I'am totally new here and never expect so much functionality of the build in communication,then there will be no problem, thanks for the information.
