About discount rate

Hello everyone.

If I want to make a discount more than %30, Should I make a discount coupon?

I changed the rate from sales menu but nothing happened.

Or, Is standart rate %30 ? And Is this option (in sales menu) for the max discount rate that we allowed?

Hi there,

The maximum discount of Customer Loyalty credits is capped to 30%. Тhe bigger ratio was dedicated to sales campaigns (that are actually different).
