If you are expecting sales to equal Turbosquid, that will probably not happen here.

Turbosquid is the major seller, if you choose to exit Turbosquid guild membership you should diversify and upload your models not only in CGTrader but also in other websites.
In my opinion CGTrader has the most modern interface and sellers have much more freedoms than in any other website. Im looking forward to its growth so thats why i choose to diversify and not to give my work to TS alone.
If you choose this path i recommend you to have a website/blog, Facebook page, Instagram, Pinterest, Tweeter, etc. to promote your models and send traffic to CGTrader.
Thats my plan anyway!

I also have an account with turbo, almost diamond. besides that i have a non squidguild account with turbo also and the models on there i also post on here and other sites. the models here i want to be more higher quality so that they stand out by themselves and that you can advertise in different places. and the ones on turbo with the guild they are more simpler ones. that is my strategy, hope it will work. also CGtrader needs some time to grow, which will happen i am sure.

I also sell more on Ts (difference however is getting smaller).

Future is definitely on the side of CGtrader because they embrace democratic core principals and value the artist contribution.

Nope, high-priced products sell less than low-priced. And ofcourse one cannot make even a diamond per month without having 2000+ high-priced high quality products and owning a studio of at least 10 people (no chance in Hell to make even 500 such products alone). Just stating the obvious.
