Hello, ive been a seller at cgtrader for a long time now.
I fail to login into my account and i believe my user has been erased. But i didnt receive any kind of notification. I press on "forgot my password" button, even though i know the password is correct, and i dont receive any email after that. Ive sent a mail to cgtrader support but did not receive any answer.
I have searched on google and inside this forum to see if anyone else had this issue and it seems thats not the case.
Do you know what might be happening? Did any of you had a similar experience?

This profile is more than 10 years old. it is non existent now.
Its not that my models have been stolen or anything. My account is just not there.
When did you send mail to support?
Yesterday, but usually when i contact support they respond with an automatic reply saying they will contact you. this didnt happen. Will update thread if i receive an answer.
When i press on your username it takes me to a broken link.

With my profile all is ok, it is unavailable for another reason. If you did'nt receive an automatic notification, your mail may not have been sent. You can try sending a ticket via Help Center. In addition, after logging in Help Center, you will see whether there are open tickets or not.
