how can i search the 3d models database for newest designs - models uploaded today, etc?

Hi Glenn,
Try going into search first (write in what you're looking for in the search field at the top of the page) - you'll be taken into our listing page - from there you will be able to use search filters like Free or Sort by Newest - it should help you out with what you're looking for. :)
