The banner should not return once dismissed. It feels like incredibly annoying salesman, who rings the bell the moment after you tell him that you're not interested in his offer and close the door. Very unprofessional.

Hello to everyone!
This is mainly for the CGtrader staff.
You have added a Support banner for the Ukraine and this is great!
I only have one comment. Each time I refresh the page, in kind of hiding my notification and other icons on top right corner.
Is it possible to move this a little bit because otherwise I have to wait until it goes out itself.
