Refund Transparency Removed? Strange Changes on CGTrader

Fraud-related refunds (such as fake credit card transactions), which were once extremely rare, have become increasingly frequent in recent months. In the past five months alone, I have had approximately $75 in fraud-related refunds. However, an even bigger issue has emerged with CGTrader’s latest update; the refund section on the payment page is now unclickable, making it impossible to see which model was refunded and for what reason.
Additionally, the payment methods and payout schedules (specifically for Payoneer) were changed, making it much harder to track sales and detect any payment errors. Unfortunately, I personally experienced this issue last month and if I hadn’t been keeping a separate record of my sold models, I would have never even noticed the discrepancy.
On top of that, designers were unknowingly included in donation and discount campaigns without prior consent.
I have been a member of this platform for about five years, but unfortunately, the changes over the past few years have been consistently negative. Day by day, new developments continue to erode trust. It’s frustrating to see a platform that I was highly satisfied with for so long make such questionable decisions.

O wow, that is bad. I had a refund because of fraudulent purchase last month, so it was easy for me to quickly check what was changed. Before redesign, i was able to see refunded transaction in sales tab with an option to hover the mouse over it and get brief reason of refund, as described by OP. Now, after redesign, the record of refunded transaction is gone from the site. Not only i can't know the reason of refund, i can't even know about the fact of refund in the first place. The only way to find about refund, but not its reasons, is to generate and download the report and try to sift through all the records. Not even turbosquid is so opaque! What the hell cgtrader? We're trusting you with our money, surely we deserve the right to be informed when money is taken out of our pocket. Please bring information about refunds and its reasons to sales report ASAP!
