Hey I have no idea what type of shading issue that I facing now but the QA said there is shading issue at the bottom of the legs. But I can't see anything wrong with the bottom of the legs. I already weighted the normals. What should I do now?

Assuming QA didn't make a mistake or something like that, sometimes shading issues don't show in blender, I usually put the model in marmoset after I'm done with it, just to see if the exported mesh looks as intended, before uploading it. The image you uploaded shows blender's viewport, show us the actual 3D viewer from wildcat (where they pointed out the issue), it should be visible there at least.
