Hey Everyone , my question is the money i earned for last month been paid to my local bank account(that is shown in cgtrader) but i cant see that sum in my local bank acc, i wrote to my local bank and they told me this issue should be investigated by cgtrader (sender), but looks like cgtrader support team dont care about sellers , i wrote them they said to me to show something showing money transfer method , amount and transaction id to local bank but these are not comprehensive information to find out the issue , then in my second apply to cgtrader for getting files , documents or something like that showing comprehensive information about money transfer they just dont answer me , so who can help me
