thanks for it , but the only way i can get paid is wire , i have not faced any issues in previous payout but got this time , looks like cgtrader support team is not interested in it , i wrote them couple times but they dont get back

Hey Everyone , my question is the money i earned for last month been paid to my local bank account(that is shown in cgtrader) but i cant see that sum in my local bank acc, i wrote to my local bank and they told me this issue should be investigated by cgtrader (sender), but looks like cgtrader support team dont care about sellers , i wrote them they said to me to show something showing money transfer method , amount and transaction id to local bank but these are not comprehensive information to find out the issue , then in my second apply to cgtrader for getting files , documents or something like that showing comprehensive information about money transfer they just dont answer me , so who can help me

Have you tried contacting the Velure service, thanks to which you can make any money transfers online https://www.velurepay.com/. It's quite simple, fast and there are no problems. This is not the first time I have used their services, and this is the best solution for my business. I am very pleased with their work, any means can be translated.
