payment agreement form

Hi All,

I've just joined CGTrader and I cant find the payment agreement form again. I started filling it in, left it to go an scan some ID but it disappeared and I can't find it anywhere to fill in required information. Where's it gone? How can I get back to it?

Click the icon for your username in the top right corner, which will bring up a drop down list. Select settings from the bottom. Payment agreement is the second tab from the left.
