I definitely saw your Payoneer request before, sorry for not replying before!
We will take a look at this payment system - it still needs a bit of analysis. If, however, it's easy to (or, rather, if possible) implement with our system. If so, this will not get too far away from the idea to add this system.

I did send it on the other topic, but I will repeat myself here.
I do apologize if the support seemed insufficient, but no one here wants to keep your money away from you! We're shown that your payment was completed, and paysera system also confirmed that it was completed - meaning you should receive the payment.
If your bank declines your payment (for some reason) we would get the payment back - and would send it to you again. While the payment is on-hold (at your bank - again, we can confirm that is completed from our side) we are not obligated to send the same amount of money again. That's why we have to play the "waiting game" for now, until your bank confirms the payment and you will receive the amount you ought to receive. It's never (ever) the case of us not wanting to help out.

Well, this is a situation where some creativity is needed. Obviously, the routine we are used to was unable to cope with this, and the problem is that neither you nor us have direct access - from this side, absolutely nothing can be done.
From your side, there should be an inquiry to at least find out who received the payment because obviously it could not have been my bank ;)
Sorry to upset you guys so much (days were loaded lately), I know that you are as such good at support - but I just had to find a way to get my message through before Christmas.
